PHOTONBOLT HUB · TEST KIT
Everything you need to test paying with the Photon₿olt Hub in the wallet, without asking anyone: test stablecoin (TUSD) for your hub account, and a merchant's Lightning invoice to pay. For regtest bitcoin, use the BTC faucet.
Checking the test kit…
1 · Get test TUSD into your hub account
- In the wallet (network Regtest): menu → Photon₿olt Hub.
- At the bottom, copy Your hub account id and paste it here.
2 · Get a merchant invoice to pay
- Pick an amount and make an invoice from the Photon₿olt test merchant.
- Copy it, then in the wallet: Photon₿olt Hub → Pay → Lightning invoice, paste, Review, Pay. It is valid for 15 minutes.
3 · Try receiving: the test merchant pays you
- In the wallet: Photon₿olt Hub → Receive, enter an amount (up to 20 TUSD), Create invoice, copy it.
- Paste it here and click Pay my invoice. The wallet shows Received within about a minute.
Limits and notes
- Test TUSD: up to 50 per hub account per day. It is test credit on the regtest hub ledger and has no value.
- Paying an invoice moves TUSD from your hub balance to the test merchant over Lightning; you'll see Paid with a proof of payment. Step 3 is the other way round: the test merchant pays you, only invoices made by Photon₿olt Hub, up to 20 TUSD.
