Photon Liquidity Miner implementation checklist

This dev dashboard is the staged PLM build. The live dashboard is unchanged while funding, locking, and settlement are implemented phase by phase.

Phase 1 Application model Create channel application records with owner, deposit targets, tx threshold, and satoshi commission.

Phase 2 Funding reconciliation Track BTC funding address and RGB invoice settlement until both deposits are confirmed.

Phase 3 Auto-open channel Open the channel only after both deposits are credited to the node wallet.

Phase 4 Wallet funding bridge Use `sendBtcFunding()` and `payRgbInvoice()` from Photon Wallet for explicit approvals.

Phase 5 100-transaction lock Reject close or withdraw until the PLM channel reaches the threshold.

Phase 6 Settlement + withdraw Return remaining BTC and RGB balances after close, net of close costs, and show earned sats.
